Australian delivery
Standard — $11.00 AUD Express — $15.00 AUD Standard on orders over $50 — FREE Local pickup in Warrnambool — FREE
Local pickup: choose it at checkout and we'll email you to arrange a time and a public meeting spot in Warrnambool. No postage, no waiting on Australia Post.
International delivery
Standard international shipping is $20.00 AUD to the countries listed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are charged by your country, not by us, and are your responsibility.
How long it takes
There are two clocks: how long we take to make it, then how long the post takes.
- Stickers and anything listed as in stock — 1–2 business days before it ships
- Handmade clay SKOCKSTERS and keychains — 3–5 business days, each one is made by hand
- 3D-printed SKOCKSTERS — 3–5 business days
- Made-to-order tees — 2–3 weeks
- Signature Hoodie — ships from November 2026
Once posted, Australia Post is typically 2–6 business days for standard and 1–3 for express, longer to WA, NT and regional areas. International is usually 2–4 weeks. Those are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is posted. Check your junk folder before emailing us — it hides there more often than you'd think.
If your parcel is late, lost or damaged
Email with your order number. If tracking has stopped moving for more than 10 business days we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and sort out a replacement or refund. If it arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll fix it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll re-send it once you cover the postage again. Email us straight away if you spot a mistake — if we haven't posted it yet we can just fix it.
