Terms of service
SKOCKZ is a small independent brand based in Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia, selling at skockz.store. By ordering from us you're agreeing to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you an order confirmation. We can decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we can't make what was ordered — and if we do, you get a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before charging you and you can confirm or cancel.
Handmade items look handmade
Every clay SKOCKSTER, keychain and logo piece is sculpted by hand, one at a time. No moulds, no casts. That means yours will vary slightly from the photos in shape, size, colour and finish — that's the point of a 1-of-1, not a defect. Screen colours also vary between phones and laptops.
If you receive something genuinely broken, faulty or not what was described, that's covered by our Refund Policy and by the Australian Consumer Law.
Made-to-order items
Some items are made or printed only after you order. Their product pages state the delivery window before you buy. See the Shipping Policy for current timeframes.
Our designs
The SKOCKZ name, logo, the SKOCKSTER character, KILLA RILLA, RANGA TANGA and all artwork on this site belong to SKOCKZ. You're welcome to post photos of your own SKOCKZ gear — please don't copy, reproduce or sell our designs.
Community Clips and anything else you send us
If you submit a clip, photo, review, or tag us in your own content, you're giving us permission to show it on skockz.store and on our social accounts, with credit. You keep ownership of it. Only send content you actually made or have the right to share, and make sure anyone recognisable in it is okay with it being posted. We can take down anything we don't want to host, and you can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us.
Reviews
Reviews on this site are from real customers. Where a product was given free in exchange for a review, that review is labelled as gifted.
Accounts and conduct
Keep your account details to yourself. Don't use this site to break the law, and don't try to interfere with how it works.
Liability
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or our products. Skateboarding carries risk — our products are clothing and collectibles, not safety equipment.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
